At Stud Track & Ceiling Supplies, our 25/14 Brick Tie Channel Systems are engineered to connect brickwork to concrete or steel-framed structures with precision, strength, and compliance. Designed with practical installation in mind and tested to the highest UK standards, this is a robust and flexible solution for cavity wall construction, rainscreen façades, and modern brick cladding applications.
Our 25/14 Brick Tie Channel System are available in 2700mm and 3000mm lengths and features pre-punched fixing holes at close centres to ensure optimal placement – even when cut on-site.
The 16mm wide channel opening allows easy access for a drive socket and washer, making fixing both accurate and efficient. Stainless steel fixing holes are ideally positioned at 450mm vertical centres, and installation must always use the correct hole size per application.

- Semi-Rigid / Flexible Insulation: Use compression sleeves to prevent deflection of the channel into the insulation under load. These sleeves are matched to the insulation thickness and provide critical support and compression resistance.
- Rigid Insulation: Compatible up to insulation depths of 220mm.
- Wall Ties: Available for cavity widths from 35mm to 259mm. Ties easily slot into the channel, rotate 90°, and lock in position for simple bed-joint installation.
