Product Description

MF5 Ceiling Section Top Hat

MF5 Ceiling ‘Top Hat’ are used in the installation of suspended metal ceiling systems.

MF5 is thesecondary section under the main support channel. Steel channels are used to form the suspended ceiling frames, which allows for the direct fix of plasterboard sheets to create a smooth and seamless finish.

MF7 Primary Channel

MF7 Primary Support Channel is for use with themetal ceiling systems. The MF7 Main Support Channel creates the main framework of the suspended ceiling.

MF ceiling height may be adjusted to accommodate ducting or other services whilst still providing sound insulation and fire protection.

MF6A perimeter Angle

MF6A perimeter channel is a high-performance, galvanised steel section that is directly fixed to the wall and supports the MF7 and MF5. The channel is extremely durable, strong and long lasting.

It has many benefits such as, it will create a level surface for uneven areas, its easy and fast to install, applied where no visible joints are required.

MF9 Clips

MF9 Connecting Clips are a no-screw fixing that lets you complete MF ceiling grids safely in less time, without the need to screw. These easy-fit clips slip over the MF7’s Primary Support Channel to provide screwless support for MF5 Ceiling Sections. They're ideal for suspended ceilings in areas not affected by air pressure-induced ceiling lift.

Galvanised Angle

Galvanised angle ismainly used for edging and trim applications in external or industrial settings, their specific shape is extremely stable and able to withstand excessive amounts of pressure and weight.

They’re typically L shaped lengths of metal with often equal-sized sides and sold in a variety of different lengths.

Acoustic hangers

Product Description

Acoustic hangers are elastic materials that you suspend on the ceiling. They work to reduce vibration and noise insulation. There are many uses for acoustic hangers, especially anchored, they are suitable for multiple projects, they have multiple fixing options, and they can be used with MF or grid ceilings to reduce the amount of sound transmitted through the suspension system.

    Delivery Declaration

    Read before ordering

    Every delivery is carefully managed by our team to make sure you get the right materials, at the right time. Please read the below information to ensure you order runs smoothly.

    All orders must include a full and accurate delivery address, together with the site contact name and telephone number. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at the time of order is correct.

    Customers must notify us in advance of any site-specific restrictions, including (but not limited to) access limitations, vehicle size restrictions, restricted delivery hours, or any other conditions that may affect delivery.

    Our standard carriage charges are based on delivery via Articulated (Artic) or Rigid lorry, with off-loading carried out by one of the following methods:

    • Handball off-load, where safe and reasonably practicable
    • Forklift off-load on site, which must be provided and operated by the customer

    Standard deliveries are scheduled between 9:00am and 1:00pm. While every effort will be made to meet this delivery window, it is provided as a guideline and cannot be guaranteed.

    Any requirements outside of the standard carriage specification, including but not limited to alternative vehicle types, timed deliveries, restricted access arrangements, or specialist off-loading (e.g. HIAB or crane-assisted delivery), will be subject to additional charges.

    Where a mechanical off-load vehicle is required, this must be requested at the time of order or no later than 5 working days prior to delivery. Such services are subject to availability and will be charged additionally (Price on Application).

    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery site has suitable access, and that adequate labour and/or mechanical handling equipment are available to safely receive and off-load the goods.

    Failure to provide accurate delivery details, adequate access, or appropriate off-loading arrangements may result in failed delivery, re-delivery charges, or delays, for which we shall not be held liable.

    All deliveries will be made to the nearest safe and accessible point, at the sole discretion of the driver.
